Terms of serviceBelow are a few guidelines to follow when you: commission, or want a custom from me.1. Art credit.
Please credit me for any art I do. It's simply common courtesy to any artist. Credits should either be as follows: my th user credit ( SavagePhage) or my artist name ( MoonlitHyena ) or by social credits2. Rushes
DON'T rush me. I work hard on each piece that I do and I don't appreciate being rushed on my artwork. If asked to be rushed it can result in a blacklist/cancelation for the forsseable furture. If you want you peice done at a specific deadline please discuss this with me before paying me. Also please note that I will charge a fee for this as this would be bumping you ahead of others if I have others in queue before you.3. Lower price statements/opinions
Please DON'T attempt to try to get me to LOWER any of my prices. If you can't afford simply commission another time when you can. Getting paid for art is how I get by so I can buy the necessary materials needed so I can continue whether it be a new sketchbook, sharpies ect.4. My life schedule.
depending on my schedule there will be slight delays with art such as trying to pursue a career in youtube to being a gaming youtuber with my partner in which I do both the thumbnail and outro artwork, but those will be worked on in between coms.And as of 2025 for now I will be opening limited commissions to better manage this I will only be opening limited commissions either every other month or monthly and I will try to get said coms completed within that same month if possible but again any commissioners will be updated through this. All I ask is for some patience. You will have access to a trello when you commission me so you can see progressSometimes delays happen with things going on at home as I live in a toxic environment due to my grandpa. So please bare in mind that's another factor for delays. Other delays relate to my mental health issues. Sometimes my energy is being used up by either my depression or anxiety or both which is alot on me. You are more than welcome to ping me or mesaage as Sometimes in that time with my adhd I will forget things while I'm focusing on my mental health. I do also work at night from anywhere between 12 am to 8 am. Usually depends when I take a stop to sleep but I am mostly working on art around then and then I nap during the day so I can be up at night.5. Breaks.
I do TAKE breaks when I draw. It helps me not get too overwhelmed when I have a queue as well so please keep that in mind. For example I work best at night than I do during the day so works will be worked on at night as that's when I feel the most relaxed enough to be motivated.6. Refunds. Refunds are not acceptable unless I state otherwise. For example: ( refunds will only happen if I haven't started at all or if I'm unable to get it done ). If it's just at sketch phase then you will only get a partial refund.7. Chargebacks. If you chargeback without 1 speaking to me first or communicating with me at all I will report, block and post a public beware. I do my absolute best with my artwork and I do try to please each customer I can to the best of my ability to. If you are not satisfied with your peice I can give a partial refund.8. Constant changes/Changes. As of 2024 I will be charging extra for changes. Small changes are fine such as adding peirceings or anything slight like that but major changes such as a complete diffrent hairstyle, completely different posing or adding a complex bandanna or any complex accessory that was not discussed before commissiong me and paying me I will charge extra. If you have a character you send me that is having a ref worked on while commissioning I will either decline your commission until said character is ready or I'll ask you for a different character to send. Please make sure the character(s) you send me have their designs and details updated and not being worked on and are all set for drawing. That being said. Once you've approved of the sketch there's no redos or changes.9. Nsfw.
If interested in NSFW you Must be 18+ I will not tolerate minors asking the answer is NO! You will be asked ID for proof of age. If you lie about your age you are blacklisted.10. Payment for adopts or existing characters.
While I am open to payment plans I will no longer accept holds without a non refundable deposit fee due to people constantly backing out or ghosting. If you ghost or back out in the process of payment after a hold fee has been made you will be BLACKLISTED and BLOCKED!10. Please refrain from feeding my work into AI. I DONT support AI and I DONT want my work in it. If I find that you've done so you'll be BLACKLISTED and Beware will be made on you for doing so same goes for nft crap to.What I draw:

Refsheets
Refs are done on pay to use bases for the time being! Bases I have consist of Chesta, SukariDragon, Malaikat, HazakyAracely and more!Prices start at $15 usd to 50. It all depends on what you want for your ref as well as design and complexity! Accessories, multiple views, special boxes to show specific things, clothes, nsfw, info etc are added fees so be aware that will also play a role in cost!This goes for customs as well same thing!
**Note: Existing characters are usually slightly cheaper than customs done from a palletWhen asking for a custom please dont send moodboards I cannot work off those very well. Traditional badges
Traditional badges are a little more pricey given the materials I use, between 2 types of paper, color backing both glitter and regular, the colored pencils used, sharpies and posca markers so please keep in mind that the price covers my time and materials I use.These badges are functional tho I only have a circular hole puncher, I don't know how to get the other kind.These badges do come with extra goodies as well as tracked priority shipping.
